Janet S. O'Neil

Janet S. O'Neil has over 17 years experience meeting the legal needs of her clients in family law, estate planning, probate, corporate governance, regulatory research, legal writing and litigation. She has the unique ability of bringing her experience in family law, estate planning, and business entities together to identify and solve issues that are not apparent to average person. This experience was established through owning and managing a law practice for 17 years.

Prior to the practice of law, Ms. ONeil was also an established and skilled paralegal in the legal department of a corporation. She was instrumental in creating an automated payroll garnishment system that would compute child support withholding percentages with just the stroke of key in all 50 states where the laws varied. She researched each state law and incorporated such laws into the payroll system with the oversight of her supervising attorney.

Ms. O'Neil is also a very caring attorney who pays clo4. se attention to the needs of her clients. "When a client comes to see me, it is because they either have serious problems, need someone to help them with a critical life decision, or have a business issue that needs attention. I listen. We all need someone to just listen to us, and without that, much information about a person and his or her needs can be missed. Clients know what they need. I'm here to listen and to help them simplify and solve their problems."
